Clean Bee by Bia Matos ("we", "us") is a small house cleaning business in Fall River, Massachusetts. "Clean Bee by Bia Matos" is a trade name (d/b/a) of Lynx Ledgers LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company that operates the business. This page explains, in plain language, what happens with your information when you use this website or message us.

Our web host also processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages.
• We do not sell your personal data to anyone. There are no third parties to whom we sell it or may sell it.
• This site has no tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no targeted advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this page before it does.
• This notice is also our disclosure for customers in Rhode Island under R.I. Gen. Laws § 6-48.1-3.

What this website collects: almost nothing

This site has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts. The quote form does not send anything to a server: when you tap "Get my free quote", it simply opens WhatsApp, your text messages or your email app on your own device with a pre-written message. Nothing is stored by the website itself.

The only thing saved is your language choice (English, Portuguese or Spanish), kept in your own browser's local storage. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.

What we receive when you message us

If you use the quote form, it prepares a message with the details you filled in (service, the rooms you marked, bedrooms, bathrooms, how often, town and your name), and you can read or change it before you send it. When you call us or message us by WhatsApp, text or email, we also receive your phone number or email address and anything else you decide to send, such as your address, photos of your home for a quote, and access instructions when you book. We use this information only to prepare your quote, schedule and perform cleanings, and communicate with you.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below that carry or host it. We do not use your photos for anything other than quoting and doing the work. We will never publish photos of your home without your written permission.

Third-party services

A few companies handle data so this works. Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. The site's fonts come from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address when the font files load. When you choose to call or message us, your call or message travels through WhatsApp (Meta), your phone carrier or your email provider, and our email inbox is hosted by Google (Gmail). Each of these companies follows its own privacy policy. None of them buys personal data from us.

Deleting your information
